We always aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. However, because each piece of personalised jewellery is custom-made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and our team will be happy to help resolve it.
When will I get my order?
We work quickly to create and ship your personalised order as soon as possible. Since each piece is custom-made just for you, please allow 14–21 days for delivery, depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking and further details.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
